This unique property is situated on the banks of a municipal lake near the small town of Provadia and is suitable for permanent living, as a holiday home or as an attractive business proposition.
Provadia, which has a good selection of supermarkets, bars and restaurants is just a 10 minute drive away. The beautiful Black Sea city of Varna is a 35 minute drive away and the international airport is a 30 minute drive.
The house itself is in a location which is ideal for fishing, bird watching or just generally relaxing and is situated 1km from the nearest village of Manastir which has a couple of small shops catering for every day needs, a post office, church and library/museum.
